Distribution/Logistics Manager & Sales Manager

Job Description

Nepal Republic Media is Seeking for the following position:

Distribution/Logistics Manager  – 1 (Kathmandu)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right place on time and in the most cost-efficient way possible
• Supervise the distribution of all the circulations of the publishing house
• Hiring and allocating vehicles for transportation, coordinating with retailers and press personnel regarding transportation of published work
• Allocating travel routes to drivers in various regions. ensuring timely and secure delivery of stationery, being solely responsible for the transportation and other tasks assigned by the line manager
• Overlooking our distribution chain involving over 200 employees to guarantee delivery of products on time every morning
• Minimizing any complain regarding distribution service, and prepare reports daily for the management

Requirements:

• Graduate in business administration/management
• Five years of proven experience in Product Distribution
• Sound knowledge of mapping and cost cutting
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Would be given priority to those who can possess their own vehicle

Sales Manager – 1 ( Kathmandu)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:

• Graduate in business administration or management
• Confident on meeting (or exceeding) business target consistently
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
